We understand that some of the concerns raised reflect frustration and dissatisfaction and we take this feedback seriously. While it’s true that this past year required a strong focus on company growth, we want to emphasize that growth fuels opportunities for our team members. Career progression remains a priority, and we’re proud to have promoted over 14% of our team members this year— above the industry average of 8-9%. We also continue to invest in our people through competitive pay, strong benefits, connectivity opportunities, and flexible work options, including our virtual first environment. Regarding morale, we’ve been actively reviewing feedback from our recent Employee Engagement Survey. If you’re a current employee, we hope you found value in the discussions and action plans shared, as they are part of our commitment to improvement.

Pros

They are a Work from home company

Cons

Beware: Many of the negative reviews are accurate, which is likely why so many of them have been marked as “helpful.” The culture here is extremely cutthroat, and management often does not have employees’ best interests in mind, even when it may initially seem that way. “Feedback” often feels less like support and more like documentation that can later be used against you. Even asking questions can sometimes work against you. Billable hours are treated as the top priority above all else. Employees are still held accountable for utilization targets even during periods when there simply is not enough work available or when accrued PTO is taken. I understand the job market is difficult right now, so if you do decide to work here, make sure you protect yourself, document everything, and keep records of important conversations.
