Pros

We are all miserable here so we lean on each other

Cons

If I could, I would give this organization zero stars. I also need to call out the blatantly fake review left on 11/16/24 titled “Great company.” It’s obvious this was written by executives to boost ratings. If you’re going to resort to leaving fake reviews, at least put some effort into making them believable. Over the past year, the organization has drastically declined, losing any redeeming qualities it once had. The people-first culture we prided ourselves on is now completely absent. Despite claiming a lack of budget for promotions, leadership decided to allocate funds toward a poorly executed summit. This event was not only meaningless and cheaply run but also a blatant misallocation of resources. The money spent on the summit could have been used for employee bonuses or well-deserved promotions. Instead, it became a waste of time and a demoralizing reminder for employees who were told promotions weren’t feasible due to budget constraints. Media leadership implemented one of the most poorly planned and executed reorgs, and the fallout has affected everyone. Morale is at an all-time low, employees are stretched impossibly thin, and micromanagement has become the norm. While reorgs are rarely perfect, this one was carelessly conceived and disastrously implemented, with employees left to bear the brunt of its failure. Many were reassigned to new roles without clarity or job descriptions—an unethical move that created confusion and resentment. Others were left juggling both their previous responsibilities and new, undefined workloads. To make matters worse, a major KPI was retroactively increased four months into the year. This left employees scrambling not only to hit an increased target going forward but also to make up for the gap retroactively. The decision lacked fairness, foresight, and consideration While the department’s employees continue to support one another, senior leaders and executives should be deeply ashamed of their actions. Their decisions have left employees overworked, undervalued, and utterly demoralized. Pay is below market rate, leadership is reckless, morale is low, and growth opportunities are scarce.

We’ve taken the time to sit with this review, and we won’t deny - it stung. It’s tough to hear accusations that we write fake reviews or to read negative spirited comments about a place where so many people work incredibly hard every day. That said, we shared this with our Executive Team and know that it was read by many on our Leadership Team, because we take all feedback seriously. We are truly sorry that your experience hasn’t been better and that you feel the Media Services reorganization was handled poorly. That was never the intent. We are a team of people who care deeply - about our employees, our clients, and the work we do. We aren’t perfect. But we do approach every decision with thoughtfulness, doing our best to consider all the details and impact. Change is hard, and we understand that not everyone will agree with the decisions made. But instead of resisting and seeing only the negatives, we encourage team members to lean in - speak up, share ideas, lead by example, and be part of shaping the future. That's what we mean by moving fearlessly forward. We welcome feedback - real, constructive feedback that helps us grow. If something isn’t working, let’s talk about it. We remain committed to prioritizing our people, delivering results for clients, and driving opportunities for our people. That’s our focus, and that’s where we’ll continue to put our energy.

Pros

They are a Work from home company

Cons

Beware: Many of the negative reviews are accurate, which is likely why so many of them have been marked as “helpful.” The culture here is extremely cutthroat, and management often does not have employees’ best interests in mind, even when it may initially seem that way. “Feedback” often feels less like support and more like documentation that can later be used against you. Even asking questions can sometimes work against you. Billable hours are treated as the top priority above all else. Employees are still held accountable for utilization targets even during periods when there simply is not enough work available or when accrued PTO is taken. I understand the job market is difficult right now, so if you do decide to work here, make sure you protect yourself, document everything, and keep records of important conversations.
