Solid environment, Opportunities were good. Enjoyed working there

Overall it seemed no one really knew the direction of the org. Programs would come and go, money spent on expensive operational programs that were no good. Very poor property management in my area. Buildings falling apart, AC not working, just looked like a dump, and could NEVER get anything done to fix issues. Compared to other like stores and other companies, our strores looked and felt run down and falling apart, poor appearance for customers.
