Pros

not a difficult place to work if you have any kind of work ethic or brain.

Cons

as a GM often working well over the mandatory 50 hours a week. have not had a vacation in over 5 years. They say paid holidays but really you only get paid for 40 hours a week so on a holiday week they only pay you for 32 hours of normal pay and 8 hours of "holiday pay" even though you still work at least 5 days and 50 hours, so you aren't really getting any kind of holiday benefit unless you consider not having to be at work on chirstmas day or thanksgiving day a benefit. your hourly full timers do get paid 8 hours of holiday, so that means you have to schedule them for 4 days on a holiday week which means you'll be working the holiday and more than likely 6 days to pick up that slack. they cut hours and then add extra tasks and don't take any of that into consideration when reviewing your performance.

Pros

A lot of schedule flexibility

Cons

There is a lot of favoritism/bad management, especially in the DC that I work in. (DC-41)

Pros

It’s a pretty easy job, very fun people to work with. Hours as a driver are pretty consistent.

Cons

The pay isn’t great. It would be nice if the drivers were making at least $17 or $18 an hour. Also benefits don’t extend to health insurance only dental and vision if you are only considered part-time. Anybody that isn’t the GM, CPP, and RPP are considered part-time, regardless of the hours you get.
