Pros
You get a pay check, and work with some great people. That is about it, really have nothing more to say but was required to give 20 words.
Cons
Lets see where to begin, if you are a General Manager you are required to work 50 hours, never only work 50 hours. You only get paid for 40 of these 50 hours. 10+ hours is basically donated to the company. If someone calls out it is up to you to cover that shift especially if it is a key holder that calls out. If you have a district meeting that week you are required to work 6 days that week so your store doesn't lose out on your day. The company doesn't like to pay for talent, they mostly start off right above minimum wage so it is hard to get good people who will work for that little. When you do get someone good they will be worked to exhaustion because there are never enough people to work. You will never have time for family or to do anything outside of work since the shifts are 7-6 or 1030-930 so either shift your whole day is shot by the time you leave work, if you leave on time.
