Cons
Number of hours each store is allotted is recalculated weekly, with no specific days of the week set as "days off" for individual Team Members, thereby making the planning of outside activities difficult. Though each store creates its schedule for the upcoming week, no later than Wednesday of the current week, employees desiring specific time(s) off must request no later than two weeks in advance.
