Pros

none, customers get better parts discount then employees

Cons

Impossible to get a full time position, constantly understaffed in stores, horrible pay, broke customers wanting you to work on their cars for free, and will complain to get their way and make threats, To many tasks and high expectations to get everything done including putting away stock and inventory counts answering phones on 3 rings while having to help customers, very stressful job.

Pros

It’s a pretty easy job, very fun people to work with. Hours as a driver are pretty consistent.

Cons

The pay isn’t great. It would be nice if the drivers were making at least $17 or $18 an hour. Also benefits don’t extend to health insurance only dental and vision if you are only considered part-time. Anybody that isn’t the GM, CPP, and RPP are considered part-time, regardless of the hours you get.
