Pros

Great coworkers building relationships with shops Great learning experience

Cons

No work life balance Low pay for the amount of work and hours Inability to pay employees more to retain talent Unacheivable sales goals Toxic culture within a struggling industry Hours available to schedule team members constantly decreasing Health insurance is expensive and the vision coverage is atrocious. Parts catalog and store system is outdated, computers constantly crash and don’t hold on to warranty info after 3 years. “Lifetime warranty” is essentially void.

Some good employees at the Store lvl

Cons

Everything else. Corporate violates HR laws daily. HR sweeps all under rug. You will regret working for this company. Pay is terrible, McDonald's pays more..... Required 50 a week for GMs. More like 60. You have been warned
