Pros
Growth and pay raises were both offered based off of performances. Some hard work went unnoticed, but the majority of it was rewarded. Had to ask to get both a raise and promotion... This just shows someone actually wants it!
Cons
Schedule sucks! The days and hours you work change week to week due to their scheduling ways. No one has too much control of the schedule either because the company allocates a certain amount of hours per day per store.
