      Pros

      Company is decent for the most part.

      Cons

      The amount of hours and days you have to work. Hours fluctuate dramatically from week to week with no rhyme or reason making it extremely hard to plan and get all the task done that's required on a weekly basis.

      Cons

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
