Pros
Not an overtly complicated system, lots of room to shift stores, and a decently quick ability to climb the ladder position wise.
Cons
Pay climbing based on performance seems incredibly rare, and lots of fluff like ignite and other team member data. It only serves to show who's lazy/less salesmanly, and doing well warrants no reward beyond bragging rights.
