Good work environment, meet many people from different backgrounds, laid back work environment
Cons
No mentoring programs, no increase of pay unless promoted to new position, no latteral movement unless someone leaves-- then you receive brief training and expected to perform. General managers do not receive enough formal business training and have difficulty understanding business models. Expected to work outside, destroying your clothing from battery acid that is not compensated or provided. No corporate culture or morale, team building exercises
