Pros
Working witth people in itself is rewarding and helping someone solve issues with there cars is important aspect in our day to day lives.
Cons
Its becoming more and more about how much you can squeeze out of the customer then just good old fashioned hard work, changing a broken battery terminal that wouldn't tighten anymore good example. They will remember that, not trying to get a few more dollars out of them at the end of a sale.
