      Career growth is solid, but you must put forth the effort. Excellent perks at upper levels, maybe too many in some cases.

      Cons

      Too top heavy in management. Commercial field teams not completely sales driven.

      Some good employees at the Store lvl

      Cons

      Everything else. Corporate violates HR laws daily. HR sweeps all under rug. You will regret working for this company. Pay is terrible, McDonald's pays more..... Required 50 a week for GMs. More like 60. You have been warned
