Pros

Opportunity for a bonus. I was able to take advantage of the bonus on a consistent basis and help develop a strong and HONEST sales culture within my store.

Cons

Bonus depends on the success of overall store performance. The store must meet/exceed the corresponding sales targets for the channel. Performance is based on two channels; upfront/walk-in sales (Do-It-Yourself; DIY) for Retail Part Pros/Parts Pros or Commercial sales (Do-It-For-Me; DIFM). If you are in a struggling store (per IGNITE; sales tracking initiative), you will have a hard time making a good bonus.

Some good employees at the Store lvl

Cons

Everything else. Corporate violates HR laws daily. HR sweeps all under rug. You will regret working for this company. Pay is terrible, McDonald's pays more..... Required 50 a week for GMs. More like 60. You have been warned
