Pros
Job security for those willing to stick it out. Much potential for AAP to return to a fun place to work with the new President. Compensation good for top GMs and CPPs.
Cons
Growth has been slow and company direction has been erratic under the last few CEOs. AZ and ORLY have expanded at a much hirer rate, while growing sales. AAP has been so focused on the actions of store teams, it has ignored and missed several opportunities to actually get the right merchandise in it's stores.
