Pros

Customers are nice, and can be fun to work with.

Cons

Ineffectual, incompetent management. The ones I worked with were all useless. Knowledge is useless as most customers do not take women in these stores seriously if they speak to them at all as much more than cashiers. Their "ignite" program is full of buzz-phrases and is supposed to help customers make an informed decision, instead it is all about taking people's money without explaining to them why they should make the purchases the counter person is required to push on them.

Some good employees at the Store lvl

Cons

Everything else. Corporate violates HR laws daily. HR sweeps all under rug. You will regret working for this company. Pay is terrible, McDonald's pays more..... Required 50 a week for GMs. More like 60. You have been warned
