Good people to work with, good benifints, and its easy to get promoted untill you get to store manager if your willing to change stores.
Cons
It seems they no longer care about employees like they used to. Its turning into a burn em and turn em mind set. Scheduling flexability is all but gone. Its designed so that store managers pay the ultimate price. No one gets overtime so call offs or extra time needed for tasks the gm has to cover. They have become sooo focused on reports and action plans instead of just taking care of customers. They want you to offer price matching but rake you over the coals when you do. The list goes on. The store manager position is the worst in the company. And now capping them at $42,000 its just not worth it. Commercial pros best position retail pros not bad.
