      Pros

      there is not any pros for this company what so ever.

      Cons

      low pay, crap for parts. over priced on 90% of the store. half of the higher ups treat the employees like crap, you are always being treated like crap from the DL LP RVP and so on. if you're looking to work at a parts store go to auto zone more pay and better treatment from high ups.

      - Good time off and flexible - Some leaders are great - Regular Benefits

      Cons

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
