Pros
Decent working conditions. Decent open hours. Policy for everything. Hires minorities as well as females.Good training programs in house. Ability to defer costs of uniforms and shoes.
Cons
The store I work at has incompetent managers. There are 4 managers out of a total of 7 employees! The GM never comes to work, The RPP does no work and expects the sales staff to do his job while making 8.00 an hour. The low pay and mandatory part time hours make it not worth working for this company unless you are a full time manager. We have to install batteries in the blazing heat and receive no extra compensation. We have a lot of physically demanding work to do every day.
