Pros

Decent pay compared to other auto parts stores. Guaranteed overtime every week. Excellent co-workers. Good work/life balance. If you need a day off you are pretty much going to get it.

Cons

Commercial customers can be a pain, but that is to be expected at any auto parts store with a commercial department.

Some good employees at the Store lvl

Cons

Everything else. Corporate violates HR laws daily. HR sweeps all under rug. You will regret working for this company. Pay is terrible, McDonald's pays more..... Required 50 a week for GMs. More like 60. You have been warned
