Pros
Leadership is defined by direct supervisor and mine is very solid and respectful.
Cons
Upper management has morphed in the past few years into one that values WHO makes the decisions over making the RIGHT decisions. They’ve made this now a “top down” culture versus the one that used to value feedback from the field - marketing-driven instead of market-driven.
