Pros

flexible schedule, new corporate location opening in North Hills (Timing TBD). Stay long enough to get that fortune 500 name recognition on your resume.

Cons

Little to no opportunity for advancement. Salary is a joke and yearly pay raises are typically around 1.5% (if you're lucky). Rarely do they pay out bonuses, and if they do, they typically won't pay out 100%. It is basically a known fact that they underpay and generally expect employees to stay about 2 years before they are over it and find something where the pay scale actually meets the level of work they complete.

Pros

A lot of schedule flexibility

Cons

There is a lot of favoritism/bad management, especially in the DC that I work in. (DC-41)

Pros

It’s a pretty easy job, very fun people to work with. Hours as a driver are pretty consistent.

Cons

The pay isn’t great. It would be nice if the drivers were making at least $17 or $18 an hour. Also benefits don’t extend to health insurance only dental and vision if you are only considered part-time. Anybody that isn’t the GM, CPP, and RPP are considered part-time, regardless of the hours you get.
