Pros

Easy money, feels good to help local garages & contribute to my community.

Cons

I'm a driver. Was hired at minimum wage a year ago, had a great boss at the time, he moved on to a CAM job, new manager hires people at 25 cents more per hour than me. I go hard every day, they have promised me full time for months but still part time after 13 months. A lot of favoritism. Moron for a GM. I tried to talk with him "privately", he made my complaint a group discussion before telling me "I'm not a babysitter". I know when I'm being taken advantage of. All of my coworkers feel overworked and underpaid. Also have been promised a LAW position for 10 months. Still hasn't happened. I close commercial every day, delivering non stop all day until 7pm, also am expected to take out trash and clean bathrooms everyday, and put up truck 2 nights a week. New guys are more appreciated than me & haven't broken a sweat since they started. Once a better opportunity presents itself, I will take it. I'm on my way out, there is nothing this company can do to keep me, and trust me, I am one of the best assets in my district. I was told growing up that showing up on time, not calling in & working hard will get you everything you deserve. I was told wrong. This company has broken my spirit like a wild stallion. I only stay because I have to support my family.

Pros

- Good time off and flexible - Some leaders are great - Regular Benefits

Cons

- Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
