      Ability for growth/promotion and stability if you kiss enough butt. Simple job with good customer service skills you can do well.

      Cons

      Employee morale is at all time low. Company will never back you up. Old school buddy system rules all. They will use you up and throw you away.

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
