      Pros

      They have a great thing going. TEAM is hard to find but Advance is a great one. Started at sales and moved my way up to retail parts pro after 4 months and looking to keep moving up. Great career oppertunities.

      Cons

      The sales goals could be a tad lower and more attainable.

      - Good time off and flexible - Some leaders are great - Regular Benefits

      Cons

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
