      Pros

      Benefits are good. There's a 401(K) match. If you like cars this is a great place to work.

      Cons

      The leadership is completely disconnected. There is no leadership development program. Upper level management has all been recruited from outside the company. Very little diversity within management and the company itself.

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
