      they do everything they can to keep their employees from making any extra money,bonuses but add extra duties without compensation..

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
