      High Turnover, Weak Upper Management, especially at the State Sales Mgmt level. MIcro-managed and Ignorant Bosses! Chinese made auto parts with no reliability! Totally Ignorant & Overweight, disgusting State Sales Managers!

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
