Pros

Many of the stores offer a great atmosphere and team to work with. Many of the store level employees enjoy their jobs Fun place to work when you don't have to interact with upper level management

Cons

Upper level management: Set extremely high standards, goals and targets for stores to achieve, but fail to provide adequate support to team members to allow them to achieve and reach goals. Management expects things to get done, but are constantly reducing hours leaving employees overworked, stressed and underpaid. Lack to safety in stores (due to decrease in hours and payroll). Two people on opening and closing shift in small and large/warehouse stores. Biased and unethical human resources department

Pros

A lot of schedule flexibility

Cons

There is a lot of favoritism/bad management, especially in the DC that I work in. (DC-41)

Pros

It’s a pretty easy job, very fun people to work with. Hours as a driver are pretty consistent.

Cons

The pay isn’t great. It would be nice if the drivers were making at least $17 or $18 an hour. Also benefits don’t extend to health insurance only dental and vision if you are only considered part-time. Anybody that isn’t the GM, CPP, and RPP are considered part-time, regardless of the hours you get.
