      May be asked to do sales while visiting shops Hired in as "part time" and am currently working 39 hours per weeks with no benefits

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
