      Work with great people, solve customers problems day to day

      Cons

      Under paid, under appreciated, over worked, under staffed, NO appreciation for tenure, bottom line is the ONLY thing that matters....EVER! IN this company you HAVE to be a kiss butt and poster child for whatever hair brained "plan" they push that year or your left beside the road holding your hopes and dreams in your hands.

      - Good time off and flexible - Some leaders are great - Regular Benefits

      Cons

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
