      One can learn and grow really well here and leaders are truly supportive on this. Excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits. The management team really seems to care about their employees.

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
