      The onboarding process was very smooth. Everyone in the team is very helpful. The culture in the organization assures one that the company is best place to be.

      Everyone is very helpful along with providing the right exposure. Didn't see any cons for now.

      - Good time off and flexible - Some leaders are great - Regular Benefits

      Cons

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
