      Pros

      I'm a car guy so I enjoy the job on a day to day basis, and I have an excellent management team who are more like coaches than bosses. You do receive a decent discount (20% on non sale items), and the day always seem to fly by.

      Cons

      The pay and benefits are well below a "livable wage." For the amount of money I bring in I should be making twice what I am. If I didn't enjoy my job so much I would have quit a long time ago. And they never hire full time (have to be full time for medical) or seem to give anything more than a .30 cent raise once a year.

      There is a lot of favoritism/bad management, especially in the DC that I work in. (DC-41)

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
