      understaffed, underpaid, underappreciated, medical benefits not the greatest, & very expensive, very high deductibles for most of their "policies"..

      - Good time off and flexible - Some leaders are great - Regular Benefits

      Cons

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
