      Pros

      I was always happy to meet new people everyday, I got to learn new skills from the industry. I made new friends from the colleges and it was very educational, I was excited to work there because I loved what I did.

      Cons

      There are days when clients are less or none and it is usually a dull day when that happens. The weather affects the industry, if their is rain work will be delayed. Their is no accurate timing of the work completions.

      - Good time off and flexible - Some leaders are great - Regular Benefits

      Cons

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
