      For years this company was solid, decent wages, company car. Paid vacation, low medical insurance, stock purchasing.

      Cons

      Lately their decisions are solely based on profit. Customers and team members are no longer important to them. Consolidation has been thier downfall.

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
