They will use anything against you to get rid of you when you want a raise. They want you to do jobs that are out of your pay grade. They pick and choose what policies they want to enforce. They will go against any of their own policies to benefit them. There is no room for advancement. They offer benefits but don’t pay enough to afford them. God forbid if you have a religious belief that would interfere with the store. They’ll tell you to make sacrifices but they will not make any themselves. They will lie to fire you and make it out it was your fault so they get out of paying unemployment benefits.
