Pros

best possibilities for customer service

Cons

1. Even though there are great possibilities toward customer service, we do not get the support of the company to provide that. We are expected to do what is it now 5 jobs. 2. To many changes and this comes from a guy who loves change. 3. To many chiefs tell you to do something different. 4. Upper management Darren Jackson and Derrick Thomas out of focus of what is going on at store levels. 5. Wasted money too many started ideas with no real follow through. Meetings where they tell you service service service then tell you 2 people at the counter are enough the other people should be working on task. Test test test I have never read a single thing in those silly things I pass 90 to 100% every time come on. Plan-o-gram changes I mean how much time can we waste moving to move again then add space because we added 15 new numbers make up our minds. 6. We now train our commercial customers to wait what are they dogs

Pros

It’s a pretty easy job, very fun people to work with. Hours as a driver are pretty consistent.

Cons

The pay isn’t great. It would be nice if the drivers were making at least $17 or $18 an hour. Also benefits don’t extend to health insurance only dental and vision if you are only considered part-time. Anybody that isn’t the GM, CPP, and RPP are considered part-time, regardless of the hours you get.
