The Discount on parts is good to use The Team Memebers are mostly really fun to be around people The employee perks (i.e. verizon discount, etc.) are really nice to have Has the potential to be a top preforming organization
Cons
The stress at the managment level is horrible the forced over selling or attachment selling of parts is embarassing espcially if your working in a depressed area or a fixed income area makes you feel like a used car salesman CDL is so off target is almost usless. APAL is outdated, slow and far behind the curve if compared to the other guys systems. we cant do the job with out the right tools, productivity and service can increase triple fold if we could get into todays standards for useability. VCF and RC's are great when you have time and staff, but if you work to CDL doing a VCF with one customer just infuriates the other 3 standing in line waiting to check out because CDL has killed the staffing. Does CDL take into account the countless phone calls you have to attend to that eat up so much time? Service is our best part????? really now.... Traction scores are false indicators of performance. how can only 9s and 10s count?
