      Good work environment, camaraderie, colleagues and supervisors always willing to teach you

      Cons

      Low salary, sometimes doing several jobs at the same time is not rewarded or taken into account, despite the good internal environment, the company does not value that effort in the long run

      - Good time off and flexible - Some leaders are great - Regular Benefits

      Cons

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
