Pros
As a mechanic I enjoy working with the public on problems with their vehicles and the computer system at AAP are very up to date and make the work experience enjoyable.
Cons
Pay period every two weeks, no overtime payed, have to deal with irritated management when the performance of the store is not up to daily expectations. Bad communication with management and employees, their more concerned with the bonuses they receive when the store does well than their employees training.
