Not very advance auto parts - Key Holder Advance Auto Parts Employee Review

I met a lot of good people and met more scum upper management. Hired on in 2013 at $8.50, by 2015 I was almost done with tech school, couple ASE certs, held keys for 3 stores, ran commercial when the CPM wasn't there, was blue is sales for multiple months, and never got a raise. Asked my DM and was only offered $9.10. The only time when I have gotten a raise is by leaving and coming back. The only reason I came back was because I knew I could walk into a store and get the job if I wanted supplementary money from my full time job.
