      Cons

      Corporate objectives don't line up with the frontline reality. Horrible retail environment with insufficient staffing at all times. Can't even pretend to be interested in good customer service.

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
