      Pros

      Alright enough pay and great employees to work with.

      Cons

      Toxic upper management, no support, no bonus and always told to figure it out. The lack of information that I needed as a general manager was always annoying since most of us were kept in the dark.

      - Good time off and flexible - Some leaders are great - Regular Benefits

      Cons

      - Not much company or team buidling activities - If you are new you may feel isoated, kind of (cliquey) in some departments - Not much option to switch leaders - With big projects you may feel as if you are doing more than you were hired for
