      Unlimited PTO for office employees

      Cons

      Mid level managers often solicit feedback and suggestions on how to improve business, but for the most part will just dismiss that and have all planners run their business all the same way, using standardized templates for everything. Somewhat robotic.

      If you're lucky fellow employees will be some friendly solid people. Schedule is rather flexible.
