-Management doesn't listen to employee concerns -Management makes policy decisions that concern only bottom line and don't care about impact on employees -Management will act as if they are helping you by forcing you into ridiculous overtime hours and include overtime in compensation or raise meetings as if it is a gift given to the employee rather them working more than is expected of them. -The CEO and managers will promise incentives or benefits in meetings especially when employees are considering leaving and will not follow through as promised if at all (like making a wish to a genie, there's always a catch.) -Inspectors will put well over 40,000 miles on their car per year on average and compensation for travel is barely adequate at best -if reviews on this site start to bring their averages down they will ask current employees to write positive reviews to falsely inflate their numbers. By asking current employees who still have something to lose, they are more likely to get 4 and 5 star ratings because of paranoia of being fired or having the review be linked back to the writer.
