Pros

There is no shortage of hours. You meet great people. Sunday's off if your project is Digital Life.

Cons

Childish atmosphere to work in. The classroom training was awful, too many people in a room and there were all sorts of 'fun' activities such as drawing a house on a giant piece of paper or seeing what 'bird' your personality type is. Schedule changes frequently. My project Digital Life has Sunday's off but that is the only guarantee in the schedule. There is not enough notice about 'mandatory overtime', sometimes it was told on the same day that we would be staying 2 hours or more past our normal shift time, and only a day in advance if we were expected to work a full shift on our day off. Again mandatory. The leads and Supervisors seem burned out and give favoritism. You are told one thing one day and another the next. Breaks are the absolute minimum and if you are even 10 seconds late you get berated like a child.

Paid breaks and weekends off are the only pros

Cons

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
