Pros

Since joining ACT, I’ve learned a great deal—especially in the areas of CRM management, data governance, sales enablement, and cross-department collaboration. The exposure to different tools, systems, and strategic projects has helped me grow both technically and professionally. Management is supportive, approachable, and open to feedback. They provide clear guidance while trusting you to take initiative and own your responsibilities. This balance has helped reinforce confidence and independence in my role. The workplace culture is one of ACT’s strongest qualities. Team members are incredibly welcoming, helpful, and encouraging. There’s a genuine sense of unity and a shared commitment to achieving goals together.

Cons

The hardest part of the job (which I would say happens everywhere) can be balancing multiple requests with tight deadlines while maintaining data accuracy and process integrity. However, this challenge has helped me develop stronger prioritization skills and resilience.

Quite literally everything. Management, and the thousands of unethical business practices they have. Lots of sketchy people who work there
